The Executive Assistant performs a diverse level of administrative support for multiple leaders within the HR function.  They may manage various projects, calendars, budgets and travel for the leaders and their departments.  They will coordinate and maintain effective office procedures in accordance with company policies.  Provide response to inquiries; manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls.  A high degree of professionalism is required in dealing with internal and external contacts as well as being a good team player.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Support: Manage and coordinate calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements (both domestic & international). Prioritize meetings, ensuring efficient time management for leaders.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering documents, and taking minutes when necessary. Includes coordination with external vendors.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and track leader expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines. Process invoices, manage expense reports, and assist with reconciling accounts as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare ad hoc reports within Excel for various HR metrics

Minimum Wage

USD $60,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Wage

USD $102,000.00/Yr.

Qualifications

  • Minimum four years of administrative experience, including two years of experience with executive-level management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Confident interacting and communicating with executives
  • Possess excellent computer proficiencies including advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • A high degree of professionalism, integrity and discretion; excellent judgment and superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Think clearly and analyze problems of organization and management and take effective action
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple and diverse tasks/projects; strong attention to detail and outstanding follow-through
  • Ability to work independently without significant assistance or direction; work under pressure and time constraints; handle changing priorities

Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
