Specialist – Social Content & Partnerships will play a crucial role on the Integrated Marketing Team in ensuring Wendy’s social media engagements are executed flawlessly and align with the creative brand strategy.
This role will assist in content development, social media strategy execution, agency and partnership management across all off-premise initiatives. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and coordinate across agency partners to provide an innovative and holistic experience for Wendy’s consumers within our social and partnership environments.
• Education: Bachelors Degree, required. Preferred major: Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design
• Two plus years of social marketing experience, including an understanding and familiarity with all major social platforms
• Understanding of external digital communication and social collaboration channels, trends and applications.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate complex projects independently, as part of a cross-functional team or as a team leader.
• Proven ability to anticipate and solve problems with a consumer-first mindset.
• Highly organized and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
• Experience planning and executing complex events.
• Maturity, composure, trustworthiness and self-confidence to communicate clearly and calmly with franchise owners, Wendy’s SLT-level Officers, cross-functional Officers and teams
• Experience in other disciplines such as graphic design, journalism, brand PR, external communications, and/or copywriting experience.
• Experience working inside a creative agency, or experience managing creative agency resources

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.* The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance. Director and above roles are also eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive award program.
