This role is responsible for monitoring and responding to Level 1-2-3 user support of the learning management system (LMS), which includes a target audience of 6500+ restaurants and over 220,000 company and franchise employees. The Sr Specialist – learning Systems will also assist with course QA testing and implementation. This role will act as the admin for the LMS, LCMS, and LRS components for the learning ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to Level 1-2-3 user support of the learning management system, which includes a target audience of 6500+ restaurants and over 220,000 company and franchise employees.
  • Configure, maintain, support LCMS and LRS
  • Support project/task management tracking and configuration.

Minimum Wage

USD $67,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Wage

USD $114,000.00/Yr.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Sciences or related field, preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience providing help desk and admin support for large user base (100k+ users and broad organizational hierarchy) providing level 1-2 support to end users
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Functional knowledge of current SCORM, AICC and other related E-Learning standards
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience with LCMS and LRS
  • Experience with multiple Virtual Classroom tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom)
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, and written and listening)
  • Proficient with single-source publishing tools. (e.g., MadCap Flare)
  • Proficient with project/task management tools. (e.g., Monday.com)

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors.  This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. *  The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
